The subscription process

You submit the Interest Form online.
  • We send you the Service Offer for openABEKT, alongside with the form that you need to fill in with the service agreement information.
You let us know if you need the Migration service and email us your data which we will examine. We will price the service according to what you need to be done.
You fill in the required information into the form that we emailed you, in order for us to send the official service agreement . Please email it to abekt@ekt.gr.
  • We email you the PDF of the service agreement tract, which you need to print sign and seal.
You print, sign, seal and send it to us as a hard copy, by mail.
  • We send you the necessary information, links, usernames and passwords to access your service, as soon as we receive the signed agreement.
  • We sign and send back the agreement.
Your service now begins:
You share the access codes with your staff for eLearning and eKnowledgeBase, so that they can start the courses and use of the services
You fill in your specifications in openABEKT wizard. When you are done, you let the eHelpdesk know.
  • We do your Content Migration, if you have opted for this service.
  • We notify you as soon as your application is ready to use. We also provide you with the access codes for the Manager of the application, who can create users and customize further your application.         
You are now ready to use openABEKT!
